Many years ago, the Natural Health Society stocked the ‘Vitalizer’ rebounder, but, to the great disappointment of many people, they were discontinued. Now we are pleased to announce that we have discovered a new brand that is similar and appears to be of good quality. It is the Reboundoz.

Rebounding is considered to be "A safe, effective style of aerobics that provides a surprisingly challenging cardiovascular workout without excess stress on the heart, muscles or joints"

The Reboundoz folds in half, making it easily transportable by car and suitable for a cardiovascular workout in the home or office.

The manufacturer states that this type of exercise allows the body to work harder, for a longer period of time, because the body is not absorbing the shock and stress of hard-surface workouts. It simultaneously works all the major muscle groups and provides a calorie-burning, strength-conditioning exercise.

The Urban Rebounding Program is accomplished by bouncing only 5 – 10 centimetres off the surface of the equipment. This form of exercise reduces the jarring impact associated with other types of aerobic exercise. The program is an enjoyable workout for all ages, shapes, weights and sizes.

Reboundoz recommends that you consult your health practitioner before starting any exercise program.

Construction of the Reboundoz

Frame: heavy-grade, all steel, round frame.

Mat material: 70 cm superior USA made high density mat, doble sided reinforced circumference bands cross stitiched to top for durability and mat retention.

Stitches: high-grade nylon thread with two layers of strong polypropylene webbing stitched around the mat’s edge.

Mat height from floor: 24cm

Maximum User Weight: 125kgs

Springs: 32 long life wide belly springs with greater length and tensile strength to smoothly deliver the deepest bounce without jarring.

Spring Cover: Heavy duty oxford cloth material with thick bungy cord around thelegs to be flexible with the movement of the rebounder. Velcro tabs are also attached to ensure the cover will stay clear of the rebounding surface.

Frame Diameter: 102 cm; steel frame; baked enamel.

Folding Legs: 6 spring-loaded steel legs, grey.

Rubber Leg Tips: Heavy duty black rubber feet with inbuilt metal washer to transfer to transfer load from tubular legs.

Bullhorn: Heavy duty bullhorn links the springs to the mat. Optimised dissipation of the spring load into the mat avoids creation of stress concentration points.

Anchor Bolts: Heavy guage steel spring anchor bolts secure the springs to the frame. These extend right to theload points upon the perimeterfor maximum realiability.
