SECURITY POLICY
The Natural Health Society of Australia is committed to ensuring the security of all online transactions.
To ensure a secure browser session between this site and our customers, 128-bit SSL encryption is used at all times for the receipt of cardholder information.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
All online orders will be processed at our office within 72 hours of receipt of customers’ orders. Where goods are not available or are temporarily out of stock, customers will be advised within that 72 hour time-frame.
Shipping/Delivery
All goods shipped direct from our Penrith office – i.e. Books & CDs, Magazines, Foot Patches and Sunscreens – will be shipped via Australia Post Standard Mail within Australia, and by Air Mail for overseas orders.
Please allow up to seven working days for delivery from time of postage. Overseas orders, allow up to two weeks.
All other products not listed above will be shipped direct to customers by our suppliers, either by Standard Mail or Courier, whichever is the most practicable.
As shipping and handling costs vary according to individual products, these costs are calculated at checkout prior to customers submitting their order.
Export restrictions
The Natural Health Society will accept orders world-wide. New Zealand/Asia/Pacific orders incur a shipping rate of $15.00 per item. All other overseas orders incur a shipping rate of $25.00 per item.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
The following outlines the Natural Health Society’s Refund Policy with regards to products and services.
NHS will provide a refund or replacement product in the following circumstances:
· The product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose goods of that kind are commonly bought.
· The product does not match the sample or description.
· The product ordered by the customer is no longer available.
· The product does not meet with the customer’s approval.
· The price charged varies from the advertised price.
· The person or organisation billed did not originate the charge as a result of fraudulent use of credit cards or other such circumstances.
