Ingredients

1 packet rice noodles

1cup shredded cabbage

½ cup grated carrot

½ cup sliced red capsicum

½ cup sliced shallots

Black sesame seeds

Dressing

1 tsp sesame oil

1 garlic clove, crushed

2 Tbsp hoisin sauce

2 Tbsp tamari

1 tsp Chinese cooking wine
