Autumn 2019 Seminar Lunch Recipes


2 cups fresh basil leaves

2 cloves garlic

⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

½ cup raw fresh walnuts

Vegetable salt to taste

Zucchini Noodles – 4 to 5 zucchinis cut into noodles with spiraliser


Combine ingredients except noodles in food processor. Toss through zucchini noodles and serve.
