As served at the Wallacia Wellness evening 31st August 2019


1 cup cashews
1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
½ onion (approx. 80gms)
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons tamari
1 Tablespoon lime juice
4 cups water


Keep a few of the mushrooms aside for garnish. Blend all the ingredients together to desired consistency. Warm up to 40c, a bit more than room temperature.

Garnish with the mushrooms and serve.
