Recipe from Spring 2021 issue of True Natural Health
1 cup cashews
1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
½ onion (approx. 80gms)
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons tamari
1 Tablespoon lime juice
4 cups water
Keep a few of the mushrooms aside for garnish.
Blend all the ingredients together to desired consistency.
Warm up to 40c.
Garnish with the mushrooms and serve.
