Ingredients
- 500 gm fresh peas, cooked and cooled
- 3 avocados, peeled and cubed
- 2 bunches fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed (steam for 1 minute optional)
- 3 fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
Method
- Toss all prepared ingredients together and serve
