This soothing broth is packed with immune-loving ingredients like garlic, ginger, turmeric and lemon. Sip it as a warming tonic or use it as a base to elevate your winter soups and stews.
Ingredients:
4 cups water or vegetable broth
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tbsp sliced fresh ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a gentle simmer.
2. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Strain and sip warm, or use as a base for soups and stews.
