Avocado and White Bean Smash
A balanced combination of fibre, protein and healthy fats to support steady energy and clear thinking.

Ingredients (Serves 2)
• 1 cup cooked white beans, drained (170 g)
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 small garlic clove, finely grated (optional)
• 2 Tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or chives), chopped

Method
1. Add beans and avocado to a bowl and mash to your desired texture.
2. Stir in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and herbs.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
4. Serve with vegetable sticks or toasted bread.
