It’s coming up to our favourite time of year! Join us to learn and connect this November for our annual seminar. Our annual seminar is our opportunity to get together with our community. All are welcome. The day will feature talks, a wholefood vegan lunch and a friendly atmosphere. Come along, get inspired and connect with your natural health community. This year, we will be exploring the concept of ageing well. Marketing companies have done their best to position ageing as a disease state, ‘anti-ageing’ products are everywhere. After 65 years in the health industry, the Natural Health Society knows that ageing is not a disease state that requires stamping out. Ageing is a natural process, that we are all doing, all the time. Ageing while living well is the key. Join us in learning from Dr Greg Fitzgerald (Allied Health) and Ally Blythe as they discuss their insightful takes on living well.
