GLUTEN-FREE BREADMAKING & EVERYTHING ELSE GLUTEN-FREE

DO-IT-YOURSELF HANDS-ON WORKSHOP

Learn how to prepare nutritious breads – wholegrain, grain-free and gluten-free which will slice thinly without crumbling and keep fresh.

Organic grains and seeds will be used and stone-ground fresh on the day!

This workshop will cover:

  • Most nutritionally suitable grains and seeds for bread making and for those gluten and wheat intolerant
  • How to prepare nutritious and enjoyable breads for the children, especially the fussy ones
  • Nutritious wholemeal cake, biscuit and pastry recipes
  • Mouth-watering ideas for vegan/vegetarian dips, pesto, salads, spreads and sandwich fillings.  All free of refined sugar, soy bean, egg and dairy products

The cost is $130 and includes a full meal, recipes, lots of fun – plus samples to take home.
