SUMMARY:NHSA Webinar Series 7. Vitality and Health: The Natural Health Perspective
DESCRIPTION:\n\nFor our 7th webinar series\, we have collected a range of experts to explore the idea of vitality in health. Those of us in the natural health space know that health is more than simply the absence of disease\, it is a spring in our step\, a sense of physical and mental strength\, the ability to find ways to cope with what life brings us\, it is ‘vitality’. \nBut how do you create and maintain something as seemingly intangible as vitality in your life? By taking a holistic approach to your health of course! We know this is easier said than done\, so in this series we will be providing you with practical information and plenty of inspiration to achieve a healthier life. \nBuy your tickets here \nALL REGISTRANTS RECEIVE RECORDINGS OF ALL PRESENTATIONS\, SO IF YOU’VE MISSED THE FIRST COUPLE OF LIVE SESSIONS YOU WILL STILL GET RECORDINGS OF ALL PRESENTATIONS. \n\n\nFriday\, October 7 at 7.30pm\nPresentation: What Role Does Our Gut Microbiome Play In Our Vitality and How To Cultivate a Healthy Gut\nPresenter:  Robyn Chuter (Naturopath\, EFT Practitioner and Counsellor)\n \nRobyn has been practising Naturopathy since 1995. There is virtually no function of our bodies and minds that isn’t affected by our gut microbiota. In many ways\, our vitality is predicated on the vitality of our gut microbiome.
