NHSA Weekend Away. 1st to 4th of March, 2024.

We are planning a weekend away at Thredbo, from the 1st to the 4th of March, 2024. Book now to receive early bird pricing of $395.

Our vision is to have time to explore the outdoor activities as well as some excellent speakers on Natural Health. We hope this will be a good opportunity for our ACT and VIC members as well as our NSW members to join us in an in-person event. If you feel like spending some time with other people who prioritise health, then this is a great chance to get away and be reinvigorated in your health journey.

Natural Health Society volunteers will cater for the weekend and vegan wholefood will be served. The accommodation is at a ski lodge, and the rooms are shared and simple. There are great communal spaces to gather in for us to eat, learn and socialise together.

Schedule of events:

Friday 1st March:

Check-in from 4 pm. Hello and welcome evening meal 7 pm.

Saturday 2nd March:

Morning:

Meet for breakfast in the communal lounge.

Time to explore the surroundings.

Afternoon:

1 pm Wholefood vegetarian lunch served, followed by health talk.

Evening:

7 pm Wholefood vegetarian dinner and socialising.

Sunday 3rd March:

Morning:

Meet for breakfast in the communal lounge.

Time to explore the surroundings.

Afternoon:

1 pm Wholefood vegetarian lunch served, followed by health talk.
