Recipe from Autumn 2016 issue of True Natural Health

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

½teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon black mustard seeds

1 pinch coriander, ground

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 carrots, grated

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped  

 

Procedure :

  1. Dry stir-fry sesame seeds with cumin, mustard seeds, ground coriander and cayenne pepper.

2  Stir the mixture into the carrots, lime juice and fresh coriander.
