4 – 5 zucchinis put through spiraliser to turn into noodles.
2 cups fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
½ cup walnuts
Sea kelp to taste
Blend pesto ingredients, adjust to taste.
Mix through zucchini noodles and serve.
