1 ripe papaya

Lime wedges

2 tsp sea salt

2 tsp hot paprika or chilli powder


Combine sea salt and paprika in a small jar.

Cut papaya in half, peel and remove seeds. Cut papaya flesh into wedges and arrange on a plate.

Serve papaya with a squeeze or lime and a pinch of paprika/chilli salt.
