200g black tahini
80mL tamari or coconut aminos
15g nutritional yeast flakes
25mL apple cider vinegar (Choose unpasteurised ACV with the mother included for probiotic action).
The method for this recipe is as easy as you can get, you just need to blend all the ingredients.
The texture will be thick (although not as thick as storebrought Vegemite) so either use a food processor or enjoy a little arm workout.
Once blended, place mixture in clean jar and store in the fridge.
