6 green apples peeled and cut into slices.

Juice of half a lemon (2 tbsp)

1 tsp vanilla essence

Coconut or soft brown sugar

A few raspberries



50 g gluten-free plain flour

40 g almond meal

35 g shredded coconut

1 tsp ground cinnamon

60 g coconut or brown sugar

60 g unsalted butter (I used coconut butter)



For the apples, I cooked them slightly with a ¼ cup of water. I made double quantity crumble which was too much. The coconut butter did not work as well as dairy butter. It’s nice to add some chopped walnuts.
