From a functional medicine perspective inflammation is a key driver in a huge spectrum of illnesses. Incorporating anti-inflammatory ginger and turmeric into our daily diet is a gentle way to keep chronic inflammation and illness at bay.

This blend is also rich in vitamin C and bioflavonoids, key nutrients for healthy immune function.

 

Ingredients: 

1 cucumber

1 handful of seasonal green leafy vegetables

4 celery stalks

2 apples

1/2 lemon (lemons can be peeled or left with the skin on

to add an extra bioflavonoid boost.)

Fresh ginger and tumeric to taste
