The fabulous Natural Health Society duo that is Elizabeth and Roger French are getting ready to have one of their active holidays. Anyone who would like to join them for part or all of the trip is most welcome.
Roger and Elizabeth French are planning a bicycle trip with a loop ride around Sydney, passing through four specific places – the Woronora Bridge, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Lane Cove National Park and Lizard Log Picnic Ground in the Western Sydney Parklands.

On Sunday, 27th, they will travel through Chipping Norton Lakes, Panania and across Woronora Bridge to reach Cronulla that night. On Monday 28th, they will head up the coast and around the airport to eventually reach the city. Tuesday, 29th will see them heading to Lane Cove National Park, Wednesday, 30th to Bella Vista and Thursday, 1st July back to Wallacia through Western Sydney Parklands, the M7 bike path and Bringelly and Greendale Roads.
