We are a not-for-profit community group that works to empower people to live healthy lives. We do this through publication, education and community events.
The Natural Health Society has promoted the benefits of a wholefood plantbased diet, clean air, active lifestyle and fasting for over 60 years.
We don’t just know the benefits of these activities, we know through many decades of lived experience how to implement these practices into your daily life for the long term.
We believe these simple and profound lifestyle approaches should be promoted to everyone. We raise some funds through our education activities and sales, however, we rely on people’s generous donations to be able to continue our education and advocacy work.
