The Natural Health Society is a not-for-profit organisation that was established in 1960. Recognising that prevention is far better than cure, the Society shows through simple, drug-free, lifestyle modifications how to prevent illness and early ageing. Use the icons below to explore some of our articles on various subjects. Some articles are free for everyone to read, and some are only available to members. To become a member join here.
The Natural Health Society promotes a whole-food plant-based diet for individual and global health. We are a community that aims to support and nurture people in their health journey. We aim to not only educate, but also to inspire people to remain committed to looking after their health.
The Natural Health approach considers ailments as an opportunity for you to listen to your body, rest, reflect and repair. We say no to the toxic culture of ‘soldiering on’.
Exercise, rest and relaxation all play a critical role in living a healthy and long life, naturally
Allowing your body to experience relaxation is vital for health. Stress is inevitable, but natural therapies provide some excellent options to include in your stress management toolkit. Meditation, yoga, gratitude practice, laughing, music and exercise are just some of the natural stress busters we write about.
From the whole earth right down to where you rest your head at night, our environment has a huge impact on our health. The Natural Health Society advocates treading lightly on the earth and behaving responsibly for the health of our global community.
When you experience the benefits of the Natural Health approach you want to share this with your loved ones. We know this is not always easy. We work to provide you with guidance and information on how best to care for your loved ones naturally (furbabies included!!).
We have large amounts of free information on our website, but by becoming a subscriber and supporting the Society, you receive our quarterly publication – True Natural Health and gain access to hundreds more articles in the members area, plus great discounts in our online store.
